Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery — items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673. To start a return or withdrawal request, contact us via our Contact page with your order number. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. For hygiene reasons, opened grooming or feeding items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
