We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the next steps and, where applicable, provide a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened grooming or feeding items showing signs of use may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
